Committed to excellent transportation services

Johnson’s Wheels of Love cares not only for our clients but also our staff. Our drivers receive Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity Training, Defensive Driving Certification, Wheelchair Securement Certification and are trained to become Certified Transport Specialist through the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Committee. Furthermore, all staff obtain CPR and Certified First-Aid with AED certifications. Staff also receive formal training to serve our clients while gaining skills to become more marketable in the non-emergency medical transportation industry. Also, all staff representing our company will undergo a criminal background check as well as drug screenings.

HIPAA, Fraud, Waste and Abuse Prevention Training

All employees of Johnson’s Wheels of Love are required to undergo FWA training within the first 90 days of employment and annually thereafter.
